Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us with your order ID, product images, and issue details.
• Our team will verify the claim within 1–2 working days.
• Once approved, a pickup or replacement will be arranged based on your location.

If a pickup isn't possible, you may self-ship the product. Shipping costs are reimbursed upon successful inspection.

Refund Method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after the product passes inspection.
• For Prepaid orders (if applicable in future), refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Pots with soil or live plants.
• Items damaged after use or missing original packaging.
• Products that do not meet the return eligibility conditions.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@gardenthrones.shop within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
